Acne is a normal thing, everyone goes through it. As you grow from a child to an adult, there's a period in the middle called adolescence. Here you'll experience many changes. You will start to REALLY grow! In height and in weight. You'll start to fill out, grow into your new body. One of the by-products of going through this time in your life, is that skin produces a ton of oil, mix that with your hormones being all over the place, and you have acne. They're bumps on your face that will appear as you travel through your teenage years mostly, and you may experience them well into adulthood. In the video posted above this blog, I tell the story of my first experience with acne, dealing with it then, dealing with the occasional breakout now, and I give tips on how you can make your experience with acne and going through puberty a little smoother. Hey Everybody! How's it going? Hope you all are awesomely amazing and well! Game of Thrones is arguably one of the greatest television shows of all time! It's watched and loved by millions of people all over the world, and I'm not one of those millions of people. It's just not my thing, not something I'm interested in. Maybe one day I will binge watch the entire series, but I highly doubt it. I was dating this girl, who was a good friend of mine before we started dating. She was just a laid back, really cool person. We were just hanging out and spending a day together, as couples do, and she asked me if I liked Game of Thrones. I said no, it wasn't the kind of thing, the kind of television show I was into. That's where everything went south, and it went south REALLY quickly! We then got into an argument, she was mad, I was mad that we were fight and arguing over something so, so stupid. I couldn't figure out why she was upset with me because I didn't like a show that she was a SUPER fan of. It was more confusing than anything else. Still to this day I can't figure out why she was so upset and why the whole thing unfolded the way it did. Stranger things have happened, I suppose. It was just really weird. I'm a VERY logical person, I like what I like, and Game of Thrones is not one of those things. Ladies and Gentlemen, what I'm trying to say, the message I want to impart on you is to ALWAYS BE YOURSELF! Never let anyone dictate what YOU should like. Like what you like, do what you like, feel however you feel, stay true to yourself, and follow whatever path you want. Never give up on yourself, your dreams, and the goals you set out to achieve. Thanks everybody! Talk to you all again soon.

Cheers, Leigh Hey Everybody! How's it going? Hope you all are awesomely well! We're taking it back a little ways on this one! Who remembers The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air? Arguably one of the greatest television shows of all time, certainly of the 90's. It still holds up to this day and delivers as many laughs now, as it did when it was first on the air. The theme song is ingrained in pop culture, and is from what I would consider, an era of simplicity when it came to the music and performance. I think that's one of the things that makes it so memorable and by millions of people all over the world. Personally, I love everything about it, the lyrics, the instrumentation, the production is SUPER solid and on point.
As a fan of the show, the theme song, Will Smith, and especially the music of that time, I had to work it in to my set. I have performed it live countless times, and it's always a crowd favourite, one that every audience knows the words to and will sing back to me! I just love it! Great feeling, even though it isn't one of my own songs. The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air theme song reminds of a much more simple time, and it just makes me feel good. The nostalgia is working overtime, cranked into overdrive! I can honestly say that, in my opinion, the song is UNIVERSAL! So with that said, please enjoy my a cappella cover of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air theme song! Thanks again everybody. Talk to you all again soon. Cheers, Leigh 3/19/2017 0 Comments Led Zeppelin/The Doors/Alice Cooper Inspired Original Instrumental Composition - "Psychedelic"Hey Everybody! How are you all? Hope all is well. I've got some 1960's inspired music for you all today! I composed this piece after listening to some of my father's favourite artists. Artists like, Led Zeppelin, The Doors, and Alice Cooper. Obviously I didn't exist in the 60's, but after throwing some of those tunes on, the creative juices started to flow! I had so much fun putting this one together! It's a clear favourite of mine! I wanted to try and give a modern twist to the so called "flower generation" hits. You can hear a bit of a darker vibe and tone with this track, and I think I hit a home run with it. I realize that most of the music that was released in the 60's was all about being happy and experiencing good times, and I want all of you to have that when you hear this piece, but I felt like I should take "Psychedelic" in the opposite direction. I hope you all enjoy it and have many, many good times when pumping this one out of your speakers! Thanks again everybody! Talk to you all again soon.
Cheers, Leigh 3/16/2017 0 Comments Mission Impossible Inspired Hip Hip Rap Instrumental 2017 - Internationally UndercoverHey Everybody! How's it going? Hope you all are superbly well! In my latest piece, I took inspiration from the "Mission Impossible" films and the Roc-A-Fella Records hip hop of the early to mid 2000's. I'm a huge action movie buff and wanted to produce an action movie type track. Something with a chasing the bad guys, we're on the case kind of feel. The main piano part easily makes the piece, and is without question my favourite part to the whole thing. With all the pieces I've produced they all come from and transport me somewhere when they're finished. This one is no different. I can picture myself sitting at a desk in a police precinct, looking over files, following up on leads, and the pavement trying to get the perpetrator, as it were. This was one of those tracks that just sent my imagination on a one hell of a trip, total overdrive. A lot of fun. I hope you all enjoy it, and I hope that my music takes you to places you've never been before. I hope it opens up your minds and gives you a good time. Thanks again everybody. Talk to you all again soon.
Cheers, Leigh Hey Everybody! How's it going? Hope you all are awesomely well! In this post I want to tell you all about a flyer I designed for a local hair salon in Toronto, Canada. I've known the owner of the Hair By Jingles salon for a few years now, he's a good friend, a good guy, with a wonderful family. He's been in business since 1982, and is an absolute pro! We were talking one night and he mentioned that he was looking to do little more advertising, and wanted to get some flyers put together. We were just shooting the breeze, as friends do, and I offered to design them. He gave me all the information that he wanted on the flyer and let me have control over the design. I think it turned out pretty good, he was happy with it, and that's all that matters! As long as he's happy with it, then I'm happy! Have a look and let me know what you think. Thanks. Talk to you all again soon.

How are you all? Hope all is awesomely well! Like most of my original instrumental compositions this one follows the same pattern of a nostalgic feel with a modern twist and flavour of today's hits! I wanted to use this piece to remember a simpler time. A time before Netflix, streaming, downloading, and the internet. Basically, a time before everything in life just seemed to hit fast forward and stay in that position. Nowadays we're all so connected in a drastically different way. Everything we see and that is available to us is so far advanced, and as cool as that is, it's also scary. So, I wanted to hop in the DeLorean and return to the days of 8 and 16 bit graphics, the days of having patience, waiting for a new episode of your favourite television show to air, the days of having ACTUAL CONVERSATIONS BY USING WORDS AND NOT THUMBS, AND GOING OUTSIDE TO PLAY WITH YOUR FRIENDS! Those were the days, and they were damn good! I can only hope that I captured that in musical form. Please enjoy my latest original piece, "Don't Pixelate Me" and let's travel back to that simpler time. Enjoy everybody! Thanks! Talk to you all again soon.
Cheers, Leigh 3/12/2017 0 Comments Without Me (No Can Do) - 80's Buckner and Garcia Pac Man Fever Inspired Original Instrumental CompositionHey Everybody! How's it going? Hope you all are awesomely well! Time for some NEW MUSIC! With this latest release, I wanted to go the simple route. The idea and inspiration behind this track was the 80's hit by Buckner and Garcia, "Pac Man Fever." I suppose it could be considered one of the lesser known songs from the 80's, although I could be wrong. Most people that I mention "Pac Man Fever" to have never heard of it. I happened to be listening to the song, along with some Hall and Oates, and I came up with my original, "Without Me (No Can Do)" . I also wanted this piece to serve as a bit of a confidence booster for anyone and everyone who needs it. Remember Ladies and Gentlemen, we're all important and we should NEVER, EVER forget that, or let anyone tell us differently. I hope you all enjoy this piece, crank the volume up LOUD, and most of all, KEEP ON SMILING! Thanks everybody. Talk to you all again soon.
