4/30/2017 0 Comments Ed Sheeran Bruno Mars Shape of You That's What I Like 24K Magic Pop R&B Beat Instrumental 2017Hey Everybody! How's it going? Hope you all are awesomely well! More BRAND SPANKING NEW music for you all today! An uptempo pop/r&b ballad love song type instrumental beat. With this track I was inspired by a few current songs that are on the radio nowadays, like Ed Sheeran's "Shape of You" and Bruno Mars' "24K Magic", "That's What I Like", and "Versace on the Floor". Those kind of mid tempo slow jams, shall we say. I have always loved the sound of the piano and because of love that sound so much, I want to incorporate it into as many compositions as I possibly can. That's exactly what I did on this track! I put together a very simple chord pattern and then built around that. In addition to the SUPER simple piano chords, I employed my favourite drum pattern with the layering of my favourite kick drum and clap on top of one another. I think it adds some much needed pop to not only the drums, but the entire track as well. I also threw a shaker into the instrumental, and to my surprise that adds, in my opinion, a REALLY cool shuffle feel to the beat. The title of the piece, "Spend the Night" stems from me wanting to produce more mature music, music that is more than just about meaningless sex and one night stands. This is one of those pieces that meant to give the mood of love making, and there is a difference between making love and having sex. I wanted to and have produced more original pieces that had more to do with the foreplay and afterglow of making love, basically everything around the act of love making itself. I hope you all enjoy it. I hope you all can take something from it. If you like what you see and hear, then please SUBSCRIBE TO MY YOUTUBE CHANNEL. Thanks everybody. Talk to you all again soon.

4/29/2017 0 Comments Dance Party Pop Anthem Lady Gaga Akon Colby O'Donis Rocky Eye Of The Tiger Type Beat Instrumental 2017Hey everybody! How's it going? More BRAND NEW MUSIC for you all! On this track I wanted to go back to the sounds that were popular on the radio when I was in high school, something along the lines of Lady Gaga's massive hit, "Just Dance". The main synth is really the genesis of the instrumental with what I would call playful marching type drums. I was aiming for a feeling that would be like an airplane taking off, taking flight in comparison to that of a person's life, career, or journey. In my opinion, it sounds very triumphant, fresh, and has the attitude of a big fight atmosphere. This composition is an example of me wanting to create SUPER CONFIDENCE MUSIC! I want to make, create, and build music for everyone to gain, regain, and build their self confidence. I wanted everybody to feel good when they listen to my music. I'd like to call this tune the "Gonna Fly Now", which is the theme to the Rocky film franchise of 2017, an anthem for chasing your dreams, achieving your goals, and overcoming adversity and every obstacle in your path. I hope I achieved that and I hope that you all enjoy this original beat, and can take something from this piece that can help you become the best person you can be. Thanks everybody. Talk to you all again soon.

I've got some BRAND NEW MUSIC, BRAND NEW BEATS for ya! This one is a pop and EDM, Martin Garrix, Calvin Harris, Zedd, Deadmau5, and David Guetta inspired instrumental beat. With this particular track I was in the mood for a kind of pop, EDM, dance piece that you would hear in clubs. I wanted to design something to get everyone up and dancing. A feel good, total Friday night party record. It's no secret that I listen to all different genres and types of music. With the production of this certain instrumental, I figured listening to most hit songs from the last 10 years or so was a good jumping off point, and that's exactly what I did, along with listening to what is currently on the radio. It came out like something I think would be heard in the clubs all the world over. It's one of the more fun pieces I think I have put together to date. I hope you all enjoy it and if you like what you see and hear, please subscribe to my YouTube channel to keep up with all my latest releases and everything that I've got going on. Thanks everybody. Hope you all are awesomely well! More brand NEW music for you all today! An Usher, Jason Derulo, Puff Daddy, Joe, and Chris Brown inspired pop/r&b beat instrumental! On this track I was in a making love kind of mood, and I wanted to put together a piece that would keep the home fires burning endlessly! I was inspired by the r&b of the 90's and 2000's. It's very smooth, very relaxed, very chill. Dare I say this one is some "baby making" music! It's no secret that I listen to all different types of music, my playlist is incredibly large, extensive, and all over the place! I'm a fan of a bit of everything, it's quite the musical pie, so to speak. The goal for my music, as of late, has been to bring the slow jam days back as best I can. It's a simple chord groove built with a classical piano and a whirly electric style piano. The drum kit employs my favourite building technique, where I use a snare, a kick, and a clap to achieve a real solid big, booming pattern. A silky smooth pop/r&b track that the world can groove and make love to. I hope you all enjoy it. Thanks everybody. Talk to you soon.
Cheers, Leigh 4/16/2017 0 Comments Ariana Grande Vanessa Carlton Michelle Branch Santana Pop Type Beat Instrumental 2017 Nothing On YouHey everybody! How's it going? Hope you all are awesomely well! BRAND NEW MUSIC today! Another piano driven instrumental beat! This one was inspired in part by Ariana Grande, Vanessa Carlton, Michelle Branch, and Santana. I have always loved each of the artists I just mentioned, all are fantastic in their own right. The main piano line came from drawing inspiration from Vanessa Carlton's MASSIVE HIT, "A Thousand Miles" and a couple of Ariana Grande's early hits. The guitar parts borrows from one of my previously released compositions, and also takes a lot of inspiration from Michelle Branch and Santana, as I wanted to keep that spring/summer relaxed, kind of Beach Boys feel. The bass line is used to balance both the guitar and piano, and I think it works beautifully! It just feels SUPER SMOOTH! The drum kit uses my favourite clap and kick to keep the beat! The 90's and early 2000's were very influential for me, in terms of musically, since I grew up in that period. Although, I can take inspiration from anywhere, and do listen to all types of music. While producing this new track, I remembered that piano rock was REALLY big during the late 90's and early to mid 2000's, so there's more behind the scenes inspiration for this beat. Furthermore, with the weather getting warmer, I think think having a piano as the main lead instrument for any composition, instrumental, and beat just fits the spring and summer seasons perfectly! Hope you all are awesomely well! I've got some NEW MUSIC for you all! An original piano driven Maroon 5, Sara Bareilles, Marianas Trench summer/spring weekend vibe pop beat instrumental! When it came to producing this track, putting it together, I really wanted to incorporate a piano as the main musical instrument and then build around it. Also, since it is warming up weather wise, I thought it would be appropriate to have a piano driven instrumental and beat. It's the perfect weekend track to just play on repeat, relax, and have on your worries melt away. I call it a t-shirt weather beat because I can just feel good, feel better now that the warmer months, the warmer time of year has FINALLY arrived! A feel good track for the weekend, for the spring and summer, for ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING! I hope you all enjoy this one, called "Couple Days Off". The warm weather is upon us, and it looks like it has decided to stick around, at least for the next few months! It was so nice to be outside in just a t-shirt and jeans the other day. I think the temperature was hovering somewhere between 15 to 20 degrees celsius, that's about 59 to 68 degrees fahrenheit, for those of you imperial wizards out there! I was in a t-shirt for most of the day and didn't have to throw a jacket on until much later into the evening, well after the sun had gone down. I love this time of year! Next to fall, spring is my favourite season. What's the weather like in your part of the world? It's just perfect here, in my opinion at least. Not too hot, not too cold, just warm and breezy. I love to walk EVERYWHERE, so to have absolutely BEAUTIFUL and GORGEOUS weather like this, you can't beat it at all! This is my kind of weather and my kind of season! I hope the weather is just as nice in your neck of the woods, as it is where I am! Thanks everybody! Talk to you all again soon.
Cheers, Leigh 4/9/2017 0 Comments Jim Croce The Beach Boys Maroon 5 Type Beat Pop Hip Hop Instrumental 2017 "Laid Back"Hey Everybody! How's it going? Hope you all are superbly well! I've got some new music for ya! An instrumental piece inspired by Jim Croce, The Beach Boys, and Maroon 5! The whole thing is built around a SUPER simple surf pop/rock guitar chord progression. I felt that to have it be the building block to this new Instrumental was a good, solid idea. I then layered a simple bass pattern underneath, followed by constructing the drum kit. The goal on this track was to institute the K.I.S.S. rule Keep It Super Simple! I think this piece accomplishes that, it's pretty straightforward. I wanted to throw together a pop/rock piece, just to change things up a bit. I grew up with a lot of The Beach Boys tunes in my house, my dad was a fan, and thankfully it didn't skip a generation. I grew to love Jim Croce's music from listening to the radio stations I heard as a kid, and I discovered Maroon 5 when they were known as Kara's Flowers back in the 90's, and have continued to love their music to this day. I hope you all enjoy this new original beat, let me know what you think. If you all would, please subscribe to my YouTube channel by clicking here. Thanks. Talk to you all again soon.
