Hey Everybody! How's it going? Hope you all are AWESOMELY well! I've got more AWESOMELY AMAZING music for you all today! The building process began like most, if not all my compositions, beats, and instrumentals do, with a VERY SIMPLE chord pattern. I began with chords on a classical piano, then doubled those same chords with a synthesizer called "Electron Echo", which is a stock sound in Apple's "GarageBand". It came out sounding so cool, so smooth, and I couldn't have been happier with it. Once I recorded both the classical piano and the "Electron Echo" synthesizer, I laid down a SUPER smooth bass! Putting the bass together with the piano and doubled synth added a sort of Sopranos feel. The bass just fits so well, the way it sits underneath the piano and synthesizer absolutely blows me away! It's so tasty! I then put the drum kit together. First I laid down the kick drum, which happens to be my favourite kick drum that comes with GarageBand. I went from that to playing and recording the exact same pattern with a clap from a house drum kit, just to make it sound more full, I wanted it to REALLY, REALLY pop! The last thing I threw in the drum kit was my favourite shaker sound, and once that piece was laid down, I instantly loved it, it rocketed towards the top of my most favourite pieces that I have EVER written list, which is always changing and will forever be just a mental list, but it's still a favourite.
The main inspiration for this wonderful instrumental was me wanting to keep on writing some real solid inspirational, motivational music. I want this beat, this instrumental, this song to be an inspiration to anyone and everyone who's finding it difficult to hang in there. "Brighter Days Ahead" is my way of saying, there's light at the end of the tunnel, no matter the obstacles you face in life. Let this be the piece that speaks to you, the piece that relaxes you, the piece that puts you at ease and tells you that everything is going to workout, that everything is going to be okay. I'm telling you everybody, no matter what you happen to be going through, this just seem to have a way of working themselves out. So I hope you enjoy this instrumental, I hope you can take something away from listening to this instrumental, and I hope that you listen to this piece on your good days, your bad days, on all your days because just like this original composition YOU ALL ARE AWESOME, LOVELY, WONDERFUL people, DON'T EVER LET ANYONE TELL ANYTHING DIFFERENT! We're all great people, and I think sometimes we need to be reminded of that.
