Hey Everybody! How's it going? Hope you all are awesomely well! In this post I want give a boost mainly to the younger crowd, but this is for anyone who is dealing with acne. Acne is a normal thing, everyone goes through it. As you grow from a child to an adult, there's a period in the middle called adolescence. Here you'll experience many changes. You will start to REALLY grow! In height and in weight. You'll start to fill out, grow into your new body. One of the by-products of going through this time in your life, is that skin produces a ton of oil, mix that with your hormones being all over the place, and you have acne. They're bumps on your face that will appear as you travel through your teenage years mostly, and you may experience them well into adulthood. In the video posted above this blog, I tell the story of my first experience with acne, dealing with it then, dealing with the occasional breakout now, and I give tips on how you can make your experience with acne and going through puberty a little smoother. Thanks everybody! Talk to you all again soon.
